The Sea Grill restaurant is located at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Brussels. The chef Yves Mattagne would say that “every recipe is a journey through the unbelievable richness of flavors and perfumes. Along the way it takes different forms and colors, combining the influences of our eclectic and multicultural world, beautiful symbiosis of the combination of seafood and the flavors of the earth”. This is what Etienne’s artworks and natural wood tend to tell us (Wall panel Height 200 cm x Width 300 cm) and the reason why Patrick Raemdonck at Cara Design commissioned our artwork to adorn the main wall in the restaurant.
