Aarde is a tribute to the earth and to all the riches that it offers us. The complete and original gastronomic proposal is defined as "organic with African hints". For this project Etienne worked with Douglas wood. The carved wood’s design takes the clients in the African universe. The finish used for this artwork is natural brown.
